What is the aim of the Origination?

The Origination is quite the same as the Terminaison excepted that it is usually used by providers who has lots of trafic to route to one or more destinations.

The idea is to collect some trafic and then re-route it to one of you Terminaison providers.

What you need to do to set up an Origination?

- Ordering telephone lines in France
- Installing Voip equiment on France for example
- Dealing minutes cost with Terminaison providers in Mali for example

What is the call flow?

- A call comes in France on the French equipment
- The voip equiment route the call to the equiment in Mali
- The Malian equipment then terminate the call on the local telephone network provider in Mali.

It then costs the internet link only.

Pre-payed services to create trafic...

Usualy, linked to the origination, the traders (mainly traders uses origination solutions) create a pre-payed service to:
- Collect trafic
- Sell his minutes at a higher price than to a telephone provider who will negociate the price according to the volume he routes to the origination gateway
