What is the aim of creating Off-Shore call centers?

Off-shore call centers offers two main advantages:

- Decrease the cost of employee loan
- Decrease the fiscal costs
- Allow you to mutualize expansive resources

This way to create a call-center in Mauritus Island is less expansive than creating one in Paris.

The only technical problem is to transfer phone call made by French customers on the French dialplan to the Off-shore call center.

What is required to built à remote call center?

- Telephone lines in France
- Voip equipment in France
- Satellite link to the country where the call center is located
- PABX or Asterisk to make intelligent call routing to the call center agents (by skills, customer preferences...)

What is the possible use for nguild n'gineers?
